Q: Can I buy Pegamoose Games with a check or money order? A: No problem. Contact Pegamoose Games via the website’s email form or snail-mail, and let us know which product(s) you would like to purchase. If the item is unavailable at the time of inquiry, we will inform you of its availability prior to further correspondence. If we have your item(s) in stock, we will send you an order number and price quote (including tax and shipping/handling fees). Mail a check or money order for the quoted amount and include the order number. We will ship the product upon receiving payment. Q: My game has a missing piece. What should I do? A: There are a few options:
Q: My game has an extra piece. What should I do? A: As Hal9000 said, “It must be a result of human error.” All I can say is “oops”. I’m sure you can find some use for that spare piece. Here are a few suggestions:
Q: One of my cards was damaged. What should I do? A: Mail the damaged card(s) to Pegamoose Games along with a self-addressed stamped envelope. We will mail back a brand new card or cards. |
